With FedEx shipments, the information is transmitted to FedEx in real-time as they are generated and the label is live once there iit is scanned by FedEx at an origin point. As such there is no requirement for generate a FedEx Manifest.
We do however, provide a FedEx end of day manifest report that for your record that can be generated at Reports --> Manifest --> FedEx Manifest Report.
