Introduction


The Rollover Time setting affects the date printed on your label.
You have the option of setting the Rollover Time separately for weekdays, and for Saturdays & Sundays. You can set the Rollover Time under Settings -> Shipments (in the Outbound section) in OrderCup. (See the screenshot below.)




Here are a few example scenarios to help you understand how setting different Rollover Times works:


  1. Weekday Rollover Time set to 18:00 and Saturday & Sunday Rollover Time set to “None”: If you are generating a label after 18:00 the date on the label will be of Monday.

  2. Weekday Rollover Time set to 18:00 and Saturday Rollover Time is set to 15:00 & Sunday Rollover Time set to “None”: If you are generating a label after 18:00 on Friday then the date on the label will be of Saturday.

  3. Weekday Rollover Time set to 18:00 and Saturday Rollover Time is set to “None” & Sunday Rollover Time set to 13:00: If you are generating a label after 18:00 on Friday then the date on the label will be of Sunday.



Note: If the Rollover Time for Saturday or Sunday is set to “None”, the system assumes that there is no pickup available on those days.
