To set up your DHL eCommerce Account in OrderCup:


1.  Click Settings --> Carriers --> DHL eCommerce


2. Enter your Username,Password, Pickup Account Number, Sold To Account Number, Client ID and your Facility Code                                                                                                                                 




  • Pickup Account Number : your DHL eCommerce Account Number, e.g. 5311234
  • Sold To Account Number : your DHL eCommerce Account Number, e.g. 5117902
  • Username : DHL eCommerce provided web services ID
  • Password : DHL eCommerce provided web services password
  • ClientID: identifier for accessing web services, e.g. 29123
  • Facility Code: assigned based on your location, e.g. USORD1


3. Click the Save button at the bottom.


4. If you ship internationally, you can also setup your Customs Form by clicking on the Configure DHL eCommerce Customs Form link.



NOTE:


DHL eComeerce rates in OC come form OC's Rating Engine. Please send your domestic RF2 rate file and international RF1 rate file to support @ordercup.com with your OC username and Pickup Account Number so we can upload the rates into OC's Rating Engine.
