IMPORTANT: ALL SHOPIFY USERS, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

We will be deploying a required system update to OrderCup', necessitated by changes to the Shopify API.These changes will go live on March 31, 2023, at 6:00am EST and will require that you to do a one time re-authorization of your Shopify Account anytime before this time.

If you do not do the re-authorization prior to this time, you will start receiving errors after this time. Specifically, when you try to 'Update Shopify and Close Order' or 'Update Shopify' after printing a shipping label, the update will fail. Of course, if you did not perform the re-authorization prior to this time, you can also do it later to prevent the update from failing in the future.

How to re-authorize your Shopify Account

To re-authorize your Shopify Account, you will need to go to Settings --> Stores --> Details (make sure you have your Shopify store selected) and then click the Re-authorize OrderCup link [see screenshot below]. You will be redirected to your Shopify Store Admin and will have to login to your Shopify Store Admin [if not already logged in]. Then Authorize OrderCup with the requested permissions and you will be redirected back to OrderCup with a success message. That's all there is to it!
