You can now file a claim for lost or damaged shipments directly with Sendle while using the OrderCup Sendle account.
To file a loss or damage claim.
- Go to the shipments screen and search for the order or tracking number.
2. Click the tracking number and you will be taken to the Sendle shipment status page, where you can see the current status of your shipment or file claim and even see the status of a filed claim.
3. Once you click on the claim damage or lost claim icon, you will be taken to the next screen
4. Click the start claim button and follow the on screen instructions, all status updates will show on this page.
