The process of setting up Temu store in OrderCup is divided into two parts:
1. Create store in OrderCup
2. Authorize OrderCup app in your Temu seller account
Part 1:
We will outline the steps for adding a Temu store from within OrderCup here.
1. Login to your OrderCup account.
2. From the Home Tab, click the Launch setup button.
3. Click the Configure button in the first section Connect to your Selling Channels
4. Now select Temu from the options below. This will open the setup wizard in a popup.
Enter your Temu store details as shown in screenshot below. The Mall ID is the unique Seller ID assigned to you by Temu when you signed up for Temu. This is an important & required field in OrderCup as it identifies the corresponding Temu store.
To can get your Temu Mall ID from upper right hand corner after you sign in to your Temu account as shown in screenshot below. Please make sure you enter the exact same Mall ID in OrderCup as any difference will result in connection failure.
Once you enter all details, just click the Next button at the bottom of the wizard popup.
To complete the store creation click Done.
Part 2:
Open a new tab in the browser and login to your Temu seller account. Now in your Temu account, navigate to Apps and Services --> App Store on the left hand side vertical menu.
Once the App store page loads, search for OrderCup in the search box as shown in screenshot below.
The OrderCup app will show in the results. Click on the Authorize button.
Do not check/uncheck any permissions that are already selected. Check the box that reads I direct Temu to provide OrderCup access to my Selling Partner account and related data. I am responsible for any actions taken by the application.
The Submit button is then activated, go ahead and click the Submit button.
Make sure you are signed in OrderCup in another browser tab.
You will see an confirmation popup. Click OK button and you will be redirected to OrderCup
That's it. Your Temu store is now set up in OrderCup and you will able to see your Temu store orders in OrderCup and be able to ship, batch and print orders among many more using OrderCup.
