Creating a Turbify Store


(If you have already connected your Turbify store but it has stopped fetching new orders, go to the Troubleshooting section and look under "Fetching")


To setup your Turbify store in OrderCup, you need to first log in to OrderCup. If you do not have an OrderCup account please create one at https://ship.ordercup.com/users/new


Once you are logged in to OrderCup, navigate to the  the Home Tab, click the Launch Setup button.




Now click the Configure button in the 1st section titled: Connect to your Selling Channels 



You will see logos of various Shopping Carts & Marketplaces.  Click on the Turbify logo.


Follow the wizard to set up your Turbify store. Enter all the details and click Next



In the final step you need to provide your Turbify Store Account Name and Turbify Access Token. Steps to get these details from Turbify are described below in sections How to get Turbify Store Account Name & How to get Turbify Partner Token





How to get Turbify Store Account Name:
Login to your Turbify account and navigate to My Services as show in picture below:



In the  My Services section, click on Store to go to the Store Manager page.



In your Turbify Store Manager, under Site Settings, click on 'Store Account Info'


Copy the Store Account Name and enter the full exact Store Account Name in OrderCup in the step 3 of the setup.



How to get Turbify Partner Token:


Login to your Turbify account and navigate to My Services. In the  My Services section, click on Store to go to the Store Manager page.

In your Turbify Store Manager, under Order Settings, go to “Real Time Links”.



Then click on “API Settings”



Click on “Add new Partner”.




In the “Partner ID” field, enter the following text:  ypa-002439419622



Check all the boxes under Access and click Next.


You will now be prompted to read and accept the Terms of Service. Go through the terms and click on Accept.



Done. Your Turbify Partner token is now generated. You just need to copy it and paste it in the step 3 of store creation wizard in OrderCup.


Click on the Show/Hide Token to see the token. Copy it and paste it in Turbify "access token" for use in OrderCup box in the step 3 of store creation wizard.


Automatically pushing Turbify orders to OrderCup


In your Turbify Order Manager, under Order Settings, go to “Real Time Links”. Then click on “Real-Time Link Settings”.


In the first section (Real Time Delivery), in the ‘Orders’ field, enter all of the text below:

Now click "Update", then click "Done".
